These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by EQUINOX BUILDING SOLUTIONS (SWINDON) LTD.

By booking a service through our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

We provide on-site building and property maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Window and door services
  • Glazing and glass replacement
  • Shopfront repair and installation
  • Security installations
  • General maintenance services

All services are delivered physically at the customer’s provided address. We do not sell digital products or ship physical goods.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are considered service requests only until confirmed
  • A confirmation will be made via email or phone
  • Service details (scope, time, location) must be agreed before scheduling
  • We reserve the right to decline incomplete or unclear requests

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • Services are priced between £49 – £199, depending on scope
  • Payment is processed securely via our payment provider after confirmation
  • No recurring billing or subscription charges apply

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and address details
  • Ensure access to the service location
  • Be present or provide authorized access during service time
  • Confirm booking details before payment

6. Service Delivery

  • Services are performed on-site at the agreed address
  • Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on conditions
  • Additional work outside the original scope requires customer approval

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee
  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage not disclosed before service
  • Delays caused by access restrictions or incorrect information
  • Indirect or consequential losses
